Zmiana nazwy Windows Phone Marketplace na Windows Phone Store?
Jak podaje The Verge, okazuje się, że Microsoft zmieni nazwę Windows Phone Marketplace na Windows Phone Store. Ta zmiana została odkryta podczas uruchomienia Windows Phone Dev Center, ale sam gigant jeszcze nie potwierdził tego oficjalnie. Jest to kolejna zmiana po wycofaniu się Microsoftu z nazywania swojego nowego interface’u Metro UI.
Nazwa Windows Phone Store pojawiła się w informacji na Windows Phone Dev Center:
„The new Windows Phone Dev Center has everything you need to create great apps and add them to the Windows Phone Store for the world to see, try, and buy. You can start creating apps anytime. When you’re ready to offer them in the Store, you’ll need a subscription to the Dev Center where you can start the process of adding them to the Store catalog”
The Verge próbował zdobyć więcej informacji u samego źródła, ale przedstawiciel Microsoftu nie potwierdził, ani nie zaprzeczył wprowadzeniu nowej nazwy.
